Can I bring my 2 months old puppy?

Kindly ensure your pet is fully vaccinated (all the shots for Canine Distemper, Parvo and Rabies) before visiting Therpup. Would recommend you to carry the picture of vaccination record.

Can I bring my female pet who is in heat cycle/period?

Accepted Answer

We do not allow the female pets in the heat cycle as the other male pets will go after her and it won’t be safe or comfortable for the female Pet.

I don't have a Pet, can I still visit?

Accepted Answer

Yes, anyone can visit us with or without pets, we have 14 in-house pets with whom one can interact any day.

Can I bring my Pet who is aggressive towards other dogs?

Accepted Answer

No, we do not allow any pet who is aggressive towards other pets or people.

What are the rules for interacting with the Pets?

There are multiple important rules like –

You are not supposed to lift or pick any small pets,
You are not supposed to feed anything to the pets,
Do not disturb any sleeping/resting pets,
Do not force any pet for picture and videos

Is it safe for Kids?

Yes it is safe as long as parents are keeping a close eye to the kids activities. Make sure the kids are petting the dogs gently under your supervision. Do not let them Run or Scream in the campus.

Can I leave my Pet off leash?

Yes one can off leash their pets as long as they are behaving properly with other pets and people. In scenarios where your pet is ‘humping other pets’ or ‘constantly jumping on people or pets’, ‘growling on certain pets’, ‘jumping on food on the tables’ etc you need to leash your Pet.

My Pet has never swam before, can he/she go in the Pool?

Yes, almost every pet knows the pedaling motion they need to make once they are in water. Also, our instructors are there and we also provide dog life jackets for pets to learn and enjoy the activity.

your pet is fully vaccinated,
has not eaten anything in last 2 hours,
has done his poo poo and pee
does not have any skin infection
does not have any oil on

There is no particular time as such, as it’s their home they tend to play or rest as per their mood/interest. Dogs, unlike humans, do not sleep in one stretch, they tend to sleep in intervals and generally sleep 12-14 hours a Day. Is Swimming good for dogs and if so how long does a dog swims?

Swimming is a low-impact, high-yield exercise perfect for dogs of all ages and sizes. It engages nearly every muscle group, delivering a comprehensive workout without putting excessive stress on your dog’s joints. Generally a healthy dog may swim 10-30 minutes.

Swimming also makes a great exercise for overweight dogs, dogs with joint issues, hip issues etc.

Our place works on cover charge basis which is 250 Rs per person and this can be redeemed in the Food Bill. Pet entry is free but pet services like Swimming, grooming etc are chargeable

Yes, you can. We serve freshly prepared dishes made our of all healthy ingredients like boiled chicken, egg, veggies, brown rice, topped with honey or peanut butter. There mutiple options in Veg and Non Veg to select from.
