The investment required to open a Therpup franchise varies depending on the services you want to offer and the size of your target market. The investment will range from 80 lakhs to 3 crores.
Which cities are you looking to expand to?
We are currently looking to expand to Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities in India, such as Kolkata, Hyderabad, and Pune etc.
How much land do I need?
The amount of land you will need will depend on the services you want to offer. However, as a general guideline, we recommend a minimum of 10,000 square feet. The land can be leased or owned by the franchisee. The minimum lease period is 15 years.
How much profit can I expect to make?
A Therpup franchise can expect to make a monthly profit of between 5 lakhs and 15 lakhs. The actual amount of profit will depend on the location, market size, and services offered.
Who will look after the operations of the franchise?
Therpup offers two franchise models:
FOFO (Franchise Owned, Franchise Operated): In this model, Franchise will own and look after the operations, Therpup will help in setup and training the staff and provide continuous support. FOCO (Franchise Owned, Company Operated): In this model, the franchisee will own the outlet and Therpup will look after the complete operations.
What are the franchise fees and royalties?
The franchise fee is 10% of the total project cost. In the FOCO model, the profit sharing is 50-50. In the FOFO model, the royalty is 7% of the monthly revenue.
