Cancellation & Refund Policy

If, for any reason, you are required to cancel your booking at Therpup, kindly bring it to the attention of our team so that we can work towards helping you with your concern it. We can either reschedule your booking to another date, transfer your booking to a different service, or offer you a refund as per the terms below: 

  • Only cancellations and refunds requests made up to twenty-four (24) hours before the service date and time would be entitled to a full refund of the fees.
  • Any cancellation and refund requests made within 24 hours of the service will not be canceled or refunded. 
  • All refund amounts will be credited to the original payment method used within 7-9 working days of the acceptance of the request for a refund.
  • Bookings made during a specific offer or sale period will not be refunded. 
  • “No show” will likewise be charged 100% of the booked service price.
  • Outside of the booking fees collected, Therpup is not responsible for any miscellaneous expenses incurred by the user for the purpose of availing the service.
  • At our discretion, if we believe users are abusing our refund policy, we reserve the right to deny your refund.
  • These Cancellation & Refund Policies apply solely to the bookings made through this domain.

No Refunds/Exchanges:

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at support@therpup.com with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

All sales are final, and the Company does not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances.
