Maximum Safety Measure for Humans

Staff Vaccinations

All staff working at the restaurant are vaccinated.

Staff Temperature Checks

The temperature of all employees is taken at the beginning of each day.

Social Distancing

Social distancing is maintained through the use of markers in waiting areas, cafe, pool and grooming facilities.

Following WHO Advisory

Vegetables & meats are washed thoroughly, kitchen is sanitized/cleaned every 4hrs and kitchen staff washes hands every 2hrs.

Sanitisers and Hand Washing

Hand sanitizers are provided at the entrance and around the dining premises. Hand washing stations with single-use towels are available.

Masks Mandatory for Staff

Restaurant staff wears masks all the time while they are in the kitchen and serving customers.

Seating Capacity

Dining tables are arranged at least 2 metres apart. Seating is reduced as per local guidelines.

Disinfection of Tables

Tables and high-contact touchpoints are disinfected after every use.

Contact Tracing

All staff members have installed Aarogya Setu app in their phones.

High Ventilation

Our open spaces allow ample fresh air. Adequate cross ventilation ensures maximum safety.

Contact-less menu

The Digital menu is accessible at the outlet (via QR code scanning) to avoid touching the physical menu.

Ourdoor seating

We provide comfortable & clean outdoor seating arrangements.

Disinfecting Pools & Grooming

Swimming Pools & grooming spaces are disinfected after every use.

Vaccinated-only policy

Therpup only welcomes dogs that have received all their necessary vaccinations.

Leash-before-breeze policy

All new dogs are required to stay on leash till the therpup team deems fit. This ensures that the dog can get accustomed to the new & exciting environment.
